Can’t we all just get along? In the RV Tech industry there is a lot of backbiting and name calling.
Taylor Smith the RV King describes being polite to your competition, even if things have gone wrong. Having an enemy never really helps and you never know how you might end up networking with even your fiercest competitor.
Bad mouthing another tech or their work isn’t the best course of action to a customer. If the customer received a bad repair from a bad tech – telling them how dumb it all is doesn’t really make them feel any better nor does it solve the situation.
If you have a personal conversation with the tech, there is nothing wrong with making a learning opportunity of it and politely teaching them how you successfully accomplished the RV repair.
